मया ततमिदं सर्वं जगदव्यक्तमूर्तिना । मत्स्थानि सर्वभूतानि न चाहं तेषु अवस्थितः ॥
Translation
By me, in my unmanifest form, this entire universe is pervaded. All beings exist in me, but I am not confined within them.
Explanation
There's a useful model here for supporting something without being consumed by it — being fully present and involved, while still retaining a kind of independence from the outcome. It's a pattern worth borrowing for relationships and responsibilities that matter deeply but shouldn't define your entire sense of self.
