न तद्भासयते सूर्यो न शशाङ्को न पावकः । यद्गत्वा न निवर्तन्ते तद्धाम परमं मम ॥
Translation
Neither the sun, nor the moon, nor fire illuminates that supreme abode, from which, once reached, one never returns.
Explanation
The verse is trying to point at something that isn't just brighter or dimmer than ordinary light — it's a different kind of reality altogether, not on the same scale as physical illumination at all. It's a reminder that not everything genuinely important can be measured with the tools you'd normally reach for.
